A new teaser for the upcoming live-action remake of Disney’s 1989 animated classic “The Little Mermaid” dropped Wednesday, and with it came the first glimpse of Melissa McCarthy in character as the iconic villain Ursula.
And it really was just a glimpse. After some quick shots of Halle Bailey’s Ariel gracefully swimming through the sea, the 42-second teaser ends with a shadowy shot of what seems to be McCarthy’s Ursula looking menacingly at the camera over one of her tentacles.
