Her partner Kieran Naylor, 33, is still in hospital.
In a tribute issued on behalf of Rebecca’s family it said they had been “torn apart” by her death.
It read: “Rebecca was a loving and caring daughter and our lives have been absolutely torn apart by her death.
“She and Kieran made the perfect couple, and the pair were planning to spend the rest of their lives together, but sadly they will never be able to fulfil their dreams.
“We would like to thank everyone who tried to help Rebecca and Kieran on the night of the fire for all their efforts and would ask that we are left to grieve in peace at this difficult time.”
It is understood the fire started on the ground floor of the couple’s home before spreading to the roof.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service dispatched five appliances when they were called around 12.43am.
Crews remained at the scene on Tuesday to monitor any flare-ups.
Cheshire Police said investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing – but it is not believed to be suspicious.
