Who are the biggest celebrity 49ers fans? Dr. Disrespect, Jeremy Renner, Andre Iguodala and more

The 49ers have a huge matchup Sunday against the Eagles as they look to make their second Super Bowl in the last four years.

They’re no strangers to success, and neither are their fans. With one of the NFL’s richest histories along with a West Coast location, plenty of people have flocked to San Francisco fandom, regardless of where they were born.

The 49ers are a national brand, and it shows in their list of most famous fans.

Here’s a look at some of the most recognizable people who will be sporting scarlet and gold ahead of Sunday’s NFC championship game.

Dr. Disrespect

Dr. Disrespect is one of the internet’s most successful streamers and a massive 49ers fan.

He has been outspoken this postseason in support of his team, particularly against the Cowboys in the divisional round. 

There was some confusion on Super Wild Card Weekend when the streamer was suited up ahead of the 49ers’ game against the Seahawks.

He’ll undoubtedly be vocal Sunday as the Niners face the Eagles.

Jeremy Renner

Renner was born in Modesto, Calif., outside the major Northern California cities.

The actor has been a fan for a while, though, with fan posts dating to 2015.

He was also attended Super Bowl 50, Panthers vs. Broncos, at Levi’s Stadium, home of the 49ers.

Renner is more than a legacy fan, however, as he’s following the team this year as well.

Renner suffered extensive injuries in an accident with a snow plow on New Year’s Day, but he appears to be on the road to recovery.

You can’t talk Bay Area fans without talking about E-40, one of the most recognizable faces of hip-hop in the region.

He has provided soundtracks for 49ers and Warriors runs in the past, and he’s continuing his support this season.

If a Bay team is making a run, E-40 is sure to be there.

Andre Iguodala

Iguodala has assimilated to the local fandom while playing for the Warriors, .

The Illinois native — and former 76ers star — joined the Warriors in 2013, which is about when his fandom posts started to crop up.

Iguodala is nothing if not consistent. He has been in the Niners’ locker room and the booth during games.
