A rising star, Jermaine Franklin is ready to become a top title contender. In his path is a former contender in Dillian Whyte. The two will face off in the OVO Arena in Wembley on November 26.

Franklin made his pro debut on 2015 and is undefeated in 21 fights. With 14 wins via knockout, Franklin is ready to take out Whyte, who Tyson Fury (also undefeated) knocked out via TKO back in April. A former interim WBC heavyweight champion, Whyte believes the tough Franklin is his ticket back to the top.

“Undefeated guys are hard to fight,” Whyte stated to The Sporting News and others during a media scrum. “This guy (Franklin) believes in himself. He’s not saying he’s going to win, he’s saying ‘I’m going to knock Dillian Whyte out.’

“It’s heavyweight boxing. If I come back and knock one or two people out then, bam! I’m right back into title contention again.”
