The last time we saw LeBron James on the court, he became the NBA’s all-time leading scorer.

The Lakers superstar has been sidelined since with an ankle injury. He was initially listed as questionable against the Trail Blazers on Monday, but he was eventually downgraded to out, marking his third straight missed game.

What is LeBron James’ injury?

James has been listed on the injury report with left ankle soreness.

It’s an injury James has been nursing most of the season. The first game he missed with left foot soreness came on Nov. 7.

In total, James has appeared in 44 of the Lakers’ 58 games. He is currently averaging 30.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.0 steals on 50.8 percent shooting.

How long will LeBron James be out?

Lakers head coach Darvin Ham said on Feb. 13 that James would “in all likelihood” play on Wednesday when Los Angeles faces New Orleans.

It’s the final game the Lakers will play before the All-Star break. They will be back in action on Feb. 23.
