Jason Kelce accomplished the first goal on the Kelce family checklist Sunday when his Eagles beat the 49ers in the NFC championship game.
The focus then shifted to the Chiefs and his brother Travis Kelce as they also looked to make it to Super Bowl 57.

A win by the Chiefs over the Bengals in the AFC title game would guarantee that at least one of the Kelce brothers will earn his second Super Bowl ring.
That is exactly what Jason Kelce is pulling for.
He was asked after the Eagles’ 31-7 victory about the potential of playing against his brother in Super Bowl 57. He expressed excitement at the thought and revealed, unsurprisingly, that he would be supporting the Chiefs against the Bengals.

“I’ve got a Kansas City sweatshirt,” Kelce told reporters. “I’m going to wear it for the next three hours and then that’s it for the rest of the year. Win or lose, I’m done being a Chiefs fan in three hours.”

If the Chiefs do beat the Bengals, the Kelce vs. Kelce matchup would be the NFL’s most prominent battle of brothers since John Harbaugh and Jim Harbaugh coached on opposite sidelines for the Ravens and 49ers in Super Bowl 47 back in 2013.
It would also mark the first time that brothers have competed on opposing teams during a Super Bowl as players.

So there are a lot of reasons for the Kelce family to be excited about a Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl matchup.
But after doing his part to make that happen, Jason Kelce is trying not to get too emotionally invested while rooting for his brother from afar.
“Not trying to get my hopes up,” he said. “We’ll see who we’re playing.”
