Australia and New Zealand will both look to book their spot in the 2021 Rugby League World Cup final when they meet on Friday.

The defending champions and the world’s number-one ranked side will meet in a blockbuster clash to decide who will face either England or Samoa at Old Trafford in just over a week.

The Kangaroos are chasing a third consecutive title, and are favourites to retain their crown, but Mal Meninga will know Michael Maguire’s Kiwis will offer a serious threat to their dominance.

Australia vs. New Zealand betting odds

Having both come through semi-finals they were heavily favoured to take, the odds reflect Australia’s long-term dominance and overwhelming favourites’ tag in this competition.

But having been sorely tested by the Bati, Meninga has suggested New Zealand will deliver their best performance of the tournament so far, and their own odds are not too far out of the realm of likelihood either.
