Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas is set to undergo toe surgery, a procedure that is expected to end his season, head coach Dennis Allen told reporters on Thursday.
Thomas has neither played nor practiced since Week 3 when he initially suffered the injury.
Injuries are nothing new for Thomas since a record-setting 2019 season. Thomas only played seven games in 2020 and then missed the 2021 season due to ankle injuries.
Around the NFL will have more on this news soon.
