Computershare founder Chris Morris’ daughter, Hayley Morris is selling up in St Kilda West.

Rich lister Hayley Morris, the millionaire daughter of Computershare founder and Australian billionaire Chris Morris, is selling up in St Kilda West.

She and partner Andrew Lewis have listed their Edwardian home at 60 Park St for a lofty $4.9m-$5.35m ahead of its auction on February 11.

It comes after the couple splashed an estimated $15m on real estate guru Antony Catalano’s beachfront mansion in the same suburb in November, tripling what the former Domain boss paid in 2011 for the 367 Beaconsfield Pde property.

Marshall White Port Phillip auctioneers Oliver Bruce and Ben Manolitsas declined to comment on the listing.

The 1920-built St Kilda West pad, dubbed Broadlands, offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a number of period features including leadlight windows, vaulted ceilings, oak floorboards and an ornate open fireplace.

A glitzy renovation also saw the inclusion of a glamorous kitchen with Miele appliances and marble benchtops, plus a hidden bar with an integrated Liebherr fridge.

The main bedroom comes with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and chic ensuite, joining the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor.

Currently the executive director of the Morris Group, Ms Morris now manages the impact investments for Computershare after her father stood down from the board in 2021.

Mr Lewis also works for the share registry services company in a senior management position.

CoreLogic records show the couple paid $4.25m for the 561sq m property in 2018.
