Multi-millionaire businesswoman and retail fashion boss Naomi Milgrom has put one of her Byron Bay investment properties up for lease.
The head of the Sportsgirl/Sussan group is asking for $800 a week for the tiny Burns Street cottage, which she paid $1.35m for in 2018.
The unrenovated two-bedroom, pre-war house sits on a 397 sqm block and is within walking distance of Byron Bay’s CBD.
The home consists of two large bedrooms, one which opens up to a sunroom, and there is an additional third room ideal for a workspace or storage with large glass bi-fold doors.
The property is available to rent now on a 12-month lease through Fuller And Co Property’s Scot Fuller.
Ms Milgrom owns a number of properties in the Byron area, including a 1200 sqm property she purchased for $6.2m in 2011 next to one she acquired in 2007 for $4.75m.
The philanthropist has a net worth estimated at $933m.
