Property developer Nabil Gazal Junior — who’s moving to a home once owned by Kerry Packer — has listed his stunning apartment which is being pitched as “like a six-star hotel’.

With incredible views of the Bridge and harbour, the huge whole-floor 305sqm pad offers every luxury under the sun from a private lift; chef’s kitchen; opulent master bedroom with spa bath to a fully equipped gym.

Up for sale via Highland Double Bay Malouf’s William Manning and Bill Malouf, the residence ‘L’amarre’ at 2/47 New Beach Rd has a $13.5m-$14.5m price guide.

The chef’s kitchen is huge.

“I’m expecting this to be the most hotly contested apartment in east this year,” says Manning.

“It’s like a six-star hotel.”

Gazal Junior, wife Tahlija and his baby, Navy, bought the 1960s Rosemont Ave Woollahra homes that was once one of Kerry Packer’s “grace and favour” houses for more than $15.5m last month via Manning.

The most recent vendors in Woollahra had been bitcoin miner James Manning and his wife Louise.

The whole-floor apartment has 305sqm of space.

Having bought it for $7.11m in 2016, he brought in the award-winning interior designer Blainey North and the two-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with double garage has been completely transformed.

The whole-floor apartment over 305sqm, in a block of four, offers gun-barrel views of the Bridge.

The record in the street is $16.2m for the apartment of another property developer, Robert Pagliuso and his interior designer wife, Leify, in April.

Movie Queen Nicole Kidman and Federal Teal politician Allegra Spender are among those who called the locale home.
