Maserati Melbourne’s general manager is motoring away from his Richmond pad.
Gary Nadin’s swish two-bedroom apartment at 703/205 Burnley St has been listed for $650,000-$700,000, with a February 11 auction through OBrien’s John Rombotis.
Mr Nadin said his dealership was particularly busy with tennis tourists and then Grand Prix goers browsing the Richmond “super car luxury car hub”, with past customers including big NRL, A-League, AFL and international swimming names that he remained tight-lipped on.

“The apartment has full panoramic views of the city, which incapsulates the MCG, the famous Pelaco building in Richmond and those beautiful sunsets you get over the city in the evening,” he said.
One of the bedrooms and the living space open onto the balcony, which faces north, with a car space and storage case also included.
Mr Rombotis said it would suit a young professional couple, noting its privacy on the top floor, which had five units on it.
