Christmas is set to come early for one lucky Aussie with a luxury waterfront house, Tesla, and boat up for grabs for just $2.
The $3.3m prize Gold Coast home package is Mater Prize Home’s latest prize draw.
Dubbed a “guaranteed life changer”, the lucky winner of the prize draw can live a mortgage-free lifestyle in the slick three-bedroom furnished house on the waterfront at 16 Sovereign Lane, Coomera.
The stunning home is an entertainer’s delight, featuring a deck with a built-in barbecue and bar fridge, a pool and pontoon.
Thrown in with the prize package is a state-of-the-art Tesla Model 3, a Sea Ray 250 SLX, two Yamaha jetskis, two Efoil surfboards, and $1m cashable gold bullion.
The home itself boasts contemporary and seamless indoor/outdoor living at its best, including a modern kitchen with butler’s pantry, two bathrooms and a powder room and solar panels to provide sustainable and cost reducing power.
The home has water views from most rooms and comes fully furnished.
Mater Lotteries director Matt Brinckley said the house package would change the life of the winner.
“Aussies are doing it tough; we’re seeing price rises everywhere,” he said.

“One thing that hasn’t risen is the cost of a ticket to win a Mater Prize Home.
“They’re still just $2. I can’t wait to hand over the keys to our lucky winner knowing that this guaranteed life changer will be all theirs to enjoy.
“There’s no better Christmas present than that.”
Mr Brinckley said funds raised supported the important work of the Mater Foundation.
“I want people to know their support is vital in caring for some of our tiniest patients in our neonatal critical care unit and in our fight against cancer,” he said.
“There can only be one winner of our guaranteed life changer, however, everyone in Australia will be impacted by cancer at some stage in some way during their life.
“Each ticket that you buy helps us in our fight and makes you a winner in the eyes of people doing it tough. We appreciate the support.”
Lottery No. 304 will close on December 20 at 8pm AEDT and be drawn on December 23, 2022.
