“We’ve got quite a large family and love entertaining and having friends come and stay to have that amazing holiday experience,” Ms Reed said.
“It was about designing a house that had those separate living zones to accommodate a lot of people and families and not be on top of each other.”
Mr Reed added they wanted to capture the water views and “amazing scenery” over the marina, and enjoyed watching yachts sailing past at sunset.
“We held Christmas there for a couple of years and had New Year’s and birthday parties … there’s plenty of memories,” he said.
“We love the boating aspect, we have quite a large boat out the back and being able to jump off the jet skis with our kids was pretty special.”
