F-45 co-founder Rob Deutsch splurges on $36m Bellevue Hill mansion

Gym guru Rob Deutsch has splurged around $36 million on a stunning mansion in Sydney’s exclusive Eastern Suburbs.

Deutsch, who co-founded but has since sold out of the troubled F-45 franchise business, bought the incredible house in the highly sought-after suburb of Bellevue Hill as a home for him and his new wife model Nicole Perso.

The couple tied the knot in the Southern Highlands in December.

Property records reveal the 5-bedroom, five-bathroom home which sits on 1286 sqm last traded for $10.6 million in 2014.

No major alternations have been made to the home in that time.

Deutsch sold his Bronte beachfront in April last year for $17.7m.

In 2020, he bought a block of flats overlooking Bondi Beach for $20.65m.

According to reports, a DA to develop that block has been submitted to Waverley Council.

Deutsch, 43, stepped down as F-45 chief executive in June 2020, shortly before it was publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Last year Deutsch and Perso established the baby goods start up Markot, a curated online marketplace for new and used baby goods.

Bellevue Hill’s median house price is $8.7m, up 14.5 per cent over the past 12 months.
