Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 2.69% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the added 2.69% to hit a new 1-month high.

The best performers of the session on the were Nice Ltd (TASE:), which rose 18.57% or 11,090.00 points to trade at 70,800.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:) added 7.97% or 2,900.00 points to end at 39,300.00 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:) was up 6.56% or 141.00 points to 2,291.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:), which fell 8.39% or 52.30 points to trade at 571.00 at the close. Delek Group (TASE:) declined 5.08% or 2,680.00 points to end at 50,070.00 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:) was down 1.75% or 620.00 points to 34,790.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 326 to 157 and 32 ended unchanged.

Shares in OPKO Health Inc (TASE:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 8.39% or 52.30 to 571.00.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.96% or 0.82 to $86.65 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.12% or 1.04 to hit $93.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 2.28% or 39.15 to trade at $1,752.85 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 1.86% to 3.48, while EUR/ILS fell 0.37% to 3.54.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.93% at 108.33.
