European stocks finished flat Tuesday, with the Stoxx Europe 600 index
closing at 462.40.
The FTSE 100 index
was flat at 7,953.85, the French CAC 40 index
was flat at 7,213.81 and the German DAX
dropped 0.11% to 15,380.56.
Among Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, mining & metals company Polymetal International PLC
saw the largest increase Tuesday, as shares added 5.5%.
Shares of beverages/drinks firm Coca-Cola HBC AG
and real estate company Castellum AB
rose 5.0% and 4.9%, respectively.
Samhaellsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB Series B
a technology company, and air transport firm easyJet PLC
rounded out the top five largest increases as their stocks added 4.7% and 3.9%, respectively.
Shares of business/consumer services company Thyssenkrupp AG
saw the largest drop of the Stoxx Europe 600 constituents, as shares tumbled 10.4% on Tuesday.
Shares of food/beverages/tobacco firm Orkla ASA
and technology company Delivery Hero SE
declined 6.4% and 4.8%, respectively.
Orron Energy AB
a fossil fuels company, and aerospace/defense firm MTU Aero Engines AG
rounded out the top five largest decreases as their stocks declined 4.8% and 4.1%, respectively.

was up 0.03%. Brent crude
weakened 1.64% to $85.19.
The yield on the 10-year gilt
rose 11.94 basis points to 3.523%, and the yield on the German 10-year bund
rose 6.930 basis points to 2.44%.
